Frontoethmoidal giant cell reparative granuloma

GJ Felsberg, RD Tien and RE McLendon
Department of Radiology, Duke University Medical Center, Durham, NC 27710, USA.

Although rare, giant cell reparative granuloma can be suggested in the correct clinical setting and when MR features suggest a fibrous lesion.
